Set on a wooded lot, this spacious four-bedroom home is a ten-minute walk to Dyer Pond, one of Wellfleet's beloved freshwater ponds on the oceanside.

Enter an open family room with comfortable seating and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. The family room opens to thewell-equipped kitchen and dining area. A slider leads from the dining area to the back deck. Beyond the dining area is a living room with comfortable seating and a half bath. Doors lead from the living room to a lovely screen porch--a wonderful spot for a good book or a glass of wine and conversation.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor--one with a full bed and the other with two twins. There is a full bathroom with shower near the two bedrooms.

The home has two staircases to the second floor--each leading to a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The staircase from the family room leads to a bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and a small balcony deck looking out over the backyard. The staircase from the living room leads to the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower.

Relax on the deck with charcoal grill and enclosed outdoor shower. The home is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood abutting the Cape Cod National Seashore.
Follow the path from the backyard to Dyer Pond--just a ten-minute walk.

Take the back roads to the ocean beaches--only a seven-minute drive to Cahoon Hollow Beach or Whitecrest Beach, nine minutes to Newcomb Hollow Beach. Four-minute drive to Wellfleet center and harbor on the bayside for restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment, the weekly farmers market and the Wellfleet Public Library. Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, sites and trails and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
