Spacious 4 BR unit with 2 King Size Ensuite BR , 3 Mi to Disney, Free WiFi

Lots of good info from the host, the place was nice and clean, perfect for our vacation. Only problem was washer - bad problem, didn’t finish spin cycle and had to run dryer until water was out of clothes and they finally dried. No response from owner about washer issues.

Beds were too soft and it sqeeked.

Very nice property, exactly what we were looking for. Accessible to I-4 and 192. While we were not looking for a resort type stay (we technically were no on vacation), the property had amenities that allowed us to relax a little.The only caveat was the AC control. It was particularly hot during our stay and we could not lower the setting of the AC to a comfortable temperature. So we made due with the fans. Other than that, an excellent stay and we would be staying in the same property again given the opportunity.

Great location. Easy access to ESPN fields. Check in and getting in touch with Mary was easy. Bedrooms were adequate and nice. Everything else in the house is minimal. Kitchen is minimal with decent pots and pans but no spices or anything else. Small bug problem, but it is Florida. Dinning room and living room were very basic. Not a lot of places to sit at the end of the day if you have a full house. Very close to a lot of decent restaurants. Fun spot is just down the street and worth exploring even if just for entertainment of walking around. Main pool area was nice, and was always available. Neighbors were nice.

There was plenty of room for 3 children and 3 adults, and the amenities were great. The unit was clean and accommodating. The owner was proactive and responsive with communication via email and text.

Nice and clean home. Easy to check in Security guards at gate are nice and staff at main office has excellent customer service skills. Highly recommended. Family of 7 stayed for two weeks.

This was an amazing place to stay with amenities that makes a trip enjoyable without even leaving the property. There is a amazing food nearby and it is just a short trip to Universal Studios/Orlando. We loved the cleanliness of this townhome and the clubhouse pool!

We loved the home and will return in the future! The pool area and hot tub was perfect temperatures.

This condo was a great place to stay for a Spring Break vacation for my family of 7. My parents were able to have their privacy with the bedroom downstairs while the rest of us were upstairs. The pool was amazing! It was also super close to all the attractions we were going to. The condo itself was clean and the host was very kind and organized! I would highly recommend.

There are so many wonderful things to say that I do not know where to start. Mary, our hostess, was amazing! She supplied detailed information and was always available for any questions. The condo was perfect for all of our needs. We were totally happy with our stay. The icing on top was the pool, slides, and vicinity to Fun Spot and Old Town. My grandchildren were in heaven. It was a short walk to Fun Spot and they walked there at least 2 times a day. We could not have had a more perfect location and condo. Thank you.

We enjoyed the entire experience except the deceptive advertising at the restaurant on the pizza specialday, Thursday, with added fees that the clueless server couldn't explain. Just won't order there again on our next visit.Everything else was perfect!

We had a great stay at this Vrbo, Mary and her husband were so incredibly helpful and tentative while we were there, it is so close to Disney and Old Town, the condo also had wonderful amenities, pool, a restaurant and bar, a gym, it was amazing.

This property was great for a family vacation. We stayed here with my parents and our toddler. Location is perfect- only 13 mins away from Disney world. Mary was a great host - she provided a lot of info in advance, including places to eat, things to do, etc. The place itself is a great layout, with one king bed w/ ensuite on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The extras - high chair, stroller, pack n play worked out well and saved us from lugging out through the airport. Pool was nice and warm and was great to use in between our days at Disney. There is a great walking area (Old Town) near by that has a closed off main street with shops and carnival style rides. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised. It is close to all the parks and easy to come and go. It is also close to other places and restaurants.

House was perfect for us, clean, good size, great location for Disney and the pool resort pool area was lovely. Lots of communication from the host prior to arrival with loads of helpful information. House is a little dated but I think that's true of lots of rental properties in Orlando. We would definitely stay again.

It was great, the place was nice and clean and the amenities were awesome. Hope to stay there again.
