Spacious 4-bedroom house with WiFi and AC in Central Tampa

Great location in town to be close to so many different activities with out the hustle of traffic. Host are great and quick to respond to any questions.

Cozy suburban home in Old Seminole neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery store. Updated and clean, good for young family. My adult children were too big for the bunk twin beds, but they would be great for smaller kids. Location is about 10 minutes from Ybor City, 20 minutes to Hyde Park and 12 minutes to USF campus. The primary suite has an adjustable king bed, large shower, and lots of charging stations for electronics. Good option for seniors with mobility issues with all rooms on one level and only one small step down to the family room. It would be tight for more than 6-7 adults, but we had enough space to hang out in the evenings and relax.

We were in Tampa for cheerleading finals at the convention center – a group of four adults and four children 8 to 10 years old. This was a great space for everyone to have their own bed and big kitchen table for us to all get ready at.The neighborhood is quaint, but very quiet and easily accessible to Busch Gardens, the convention center, and the airport. All areas of interest for us this trip. Liz, the host, was great at checking in and responding when we had a question.

We came to Tampa for a major sporting event. The listing is large, clean, and has a television in every room (Roku as many VRBO places have adopted), including a very large screen in the family room. All appliances are new and well-maintained, including a washer and dryer. Although there were no children in our group, the large yard and toys and games for them make it an ideal setting for a family with kids. The home is close to Ybor City and relatively close to downtown and other attractions. The major drawback for us was the lack of a closet in the primary bedroom, which could be remedied with an armoire.

The house was clean and orderly. The owner was very quick to respond to all questions. The owner made sure the small things were taken care of. The toilet paper was not the cheap stuff. The pots they had were also top quality. I will gladly rent from then again

This property was perfect for our family Tampa trip. Extremely convenient location, just minutes from Busch Gardens and water park. The house was very nice. Everything in the house looks recently remodeled, but still feels cozy and like a home. We loved the spacious master bedroom with the king adjustable bed. Great layout of house and backyard even has a basketball area and a few things to entertain the kiddos. The kitchen comes with everything you need if you want to cook meals for the fam. The family room has a great sectional couch and large TV for chilling out after a busy day at the parks. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, very responsive and helpful. They seem very nice. Check in and check out was seamless. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I really loved this property. It was in the perfect location for us, between downtown Tampa and USF. It was very clean, spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It has a nice backyard with a basketball hoop, a small trampoline and toys for kids. You have access to the washer/dryer. The owner was very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.
