Spacious 4-bedroom house in peaceful Irving with WiFi, AC, Keyak fun

Everything was as advertised. My kids had a lot of fun, kayaking in the lake/pond in the back. Will stay again but with more leisure time than just 2 days.

The house was in a good location and it was just as listed but is lacking cleanliness ! It looked like if it was just left by someone else and automatically we’re were checked in . Crumbs in the carpet, hair in the shower and dust on the rails among other factors . The house has alot of amenities but is lacking a bit of cleanliness !

We had a good time. The lake is right in the back yard and great for fishing. The house was spacious but definitely needs an update with paint and trim. Overall, a good experience for the amount we paid.

The house is large and can accommodate a lot of people. Beds were pretty comfortable. It was clean and nicely decorated . There were plenty of towels, lots of toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you might need to make meals. The outdoor space was nice. We made use of the kayaks, that was fun. And my grandson loved the foosball table. The WiFi had issues. The owner offered immediately to contact Frontier. We had a very nice stay.

This house had a great location. Family enjoyed using the foosball table, kayaks and fire pit! It had plenty of space for us to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. I appreciated the towels, soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap , etc and basic household supplies that were provided. Extra blankets in the closet were handy for our family who got colder. We had a little issue with ants, but there was ant spray in the closet and I suppose that’s a drawback with living close to the water.. Great stay overall!

Our family of 12 enjoyed a four night stay for Christmas. The house was beautiful. Some of the children went kayaking, made smores around the bonfire, played games and more. A nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful view from the patio and top deck. The master suite has two queen beds which was perfect for our eldest daughter land her children. We had enough dinnerware, silverware, and drink are for every meal. Top of the line appliances and even washer and dryer. We will definitely stay again if we choose Dallas as a family destination spot again.

The host was excellent and answered questions quickly. The home was beautiful and in a location that was convenient and quiet. The kids enjoyed getting to have their own rooms and the beds were so very comfortable. We would definitely love to stay again when in the area. Thank you to our host for making our trip enjoyable!
