We were very happy with our stay! We needed a place to stay during baseball week, and this was the perfect space — comfortable and relaxing between games. Not only was this house wonderful (clean, spacious, easy to get to) but the owner made everything just so easy. It was stocked with the necessities, check in was simple, check out was just as easy, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All the appliances worked and there were plenty of games for the kids. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time in this home and the walkability of the quiet neighborhood for stretching our legs. The location is great with easy access to TAMU and all B/CS has to offer. The home is new, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room for a large family. Great kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for my family! 5 of us stayed and we each had our own room. Spacious, comfortable and had whatever you may need. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Eddie answered questions promptly and was great! We would love to stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay for a great price. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of entertainment for the kids with a TV in each room and video game console. Spacious and plenty of room for a bigger family with 6 beds, including 2 kings.
