Spacious 4 bedroom home with outdoor space!

We loved the place! The screened in back patio area was a hit with everyone. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great! Very family friendly, and perfect for our little dog. Plenty of room to spread out.Location was very close to NAS Jacksonville.

We absolutely loved the layout of this house! It was nice and spacious with plenty of room for our father and 2 dogs. It's an older house but it's obvious that lots of care was put into it and it is very modern with the updates. We particularly loved the large screened in back porch and the very private fenced-in backyard. Communication with the property manager was great! We were concerned about the gap at the bottom of the fence, but thankfully our dogs stayed put and no unwanted visitors (alligators, etc) showed up. We would have preferred to stay closer to the beach, but otherwise everything was great!

We rented the house for a family to stay at while in town for a funeral. The house is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. It has plenty of seating in the living areas, and rooms for adults and kids to each have their own areas to hang out in. There are also plenty of TVs. The outdoor space was also nice, especially the fenced-in yard since my nephew brought his dog.The only issue we had was that the garbage from the previous renters, which was quite a lot, hadn’t been picked up by the trash service when we got there. Trash pickup wasn’t until the last day of our stay, so it was outside the whole time. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place for visiting family to stay.

Overall it was it was clean in a quiet neighborhood not a lot a space for parking. The property manager was very nice and very professional.

Easy process. Nice house

The house was great. It's an older Florida home but all the rooms were updated and everything we needed was provided. If you plan to cook a lot maybe check with the owners or bring specific things you'll need. Not many pots to choose from but we had everything else we needed. The backyard is fenced and having small dogs we didn't need to worry they'd escape. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. There's a Walmart very close by.

Lots of room for our family to spread out. We also enjoyed the back porch and yard.

Our stay was good. There are a few things they can improve. We couldn't find the remote for one of the tvs, the ceiling lamp in the master bedroom didn't work

The home was very hot. We tried to adjust the AC to accomodate however it stayed at 89 degrees in the rooms at night. The hot water was lukewarm and not hot enough. The house temperature was hotter than the water. It was very hot in Jacksonville. The cleaning team needs to clean a little better we found eye glasses behind the couch and superglue and paper behind the dresser. Overall we enjoyed the spot even without a pool. Lol,..We will definitely rent again. Thank you,
