My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The house had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. The finishes were beautiful. We loved the location in such a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We will definitely plan to stay again on our next trip!

Small issues here and there but the management team was quick to respond and fix. Beautifully remodeled older home. Will be back.

I have been coming to the area for 40 years and my entire childhood memories revolve around summers at Lake Michigan. Every time we go it’s nostalgic for me. Our trip with family and friends was unforgettable and your home was perfect for the size of our group. We loved how close it was to the beach and town. Perfect location!! Thank you for everything. Well remember this summer trip forever!

This was our 6th year vacationing in SoHa and our first at this property. What an amazing house! We had three boys in one room, grandparents in another, me in one and my daughter in yet another. Fully stocked and on a very safe side street. We scootered in the driveway, hung on the front porch and lounged like professionals on the MASSIVE sofa. The beach is a quick bike ride away (some neighbors walked; my parents drove). Property managers were the most responsive I’ve ever encountered. The house looks like it’s out of a magazine/influencer account but sparse enough that I wasn’t paranoid the kids would break something. Very thoughtfully decorated. We hope to be able to book this property again.

Everything about this place was fantastic! I loved the history of the house. The location is perfect and quiet. Walking distance to the beach on a beautiful tree lined street with privacy from the bushes. The house had everything plus uno cards which we were super thankful for because we forgot ours. We loved porch fire pit and yard. We had tons of space indoor and outdoor. The only improvement I would make is a mattress upgrade for the office couch and we did not realize the main living are couch had a fold out as well until the end of our stay- oops! But that mattress is fabulous! Night lights would also be helpful however almost all lights are on dimmers which worked just the same. Check in and checkout were a breeze!

This was our first big family vacation. This house was wonderful. The location is perfect and the size was exactly what we needed.

We had a blast at this beautiful house which was the perfect 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to central downtown. Quaint town, clean and gorgeous house great for large groups! The hosts were super communicative leading up to and during our trip as well which is always appreciated. Can’t wait to stay here again!
