Spacious 4 bedroom and cozy house for families

What a great roomy house. We were greeted with an aroma of cleanliness along with toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, sugar, and spices. What a nice surprise. Location is perfect! Thank you so much for making our vacation so enjoyably confortable. We will be back!

Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location was close to family and had everything we needed. Great stay!

Was in Houston for the week on business & brought family along, 6 of us. Home was very clean, convenient & roomy. We made a few meals on the grill, which was very clean. Had a smoker in the group & even though you can't smoke in the house, there was a smokeless container for outside smoking, which was very thoughtful. Beds were comfortable and living room had a nice size sectional. Nice neighborhood, walking distance from Walgreen's & convenient store. Tv's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and in living room. That was the only downfall, the TV's are not the usual satellite and cable. Living room tv is youtube which we were not use to so it took some time to adjust. Bedroom tv's were not Youtube, so you were limited on channels. Lots of room for sitting down to eat. Back yard is fenced in. large garage. Kitchen could use more flatware. Very easy rental process, check-in and check-out. Kate is a wonderful host. Her response back right away to any questions or concerns is refreshing. Would rent this property again. Thanks Kate for a nice experience, may try your other property next year when in town.

My family and I had the best experience at this property. Park near by along with Walgreens for convience. The home is lovely and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Five star rating.

My family and I stayed at Kate's place for 3 nights while our new home in cypress was getting ready. We just loved the place. It was clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Honestly, the house is a lot better than the pictures. Such a pleasant experience.

Kate is a great host. She is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We rented Kate's vacation home for our family of 10 adults for 8 nights, and we all enjoyed the cozy and spacious space. The location is really accessible to Beltway 8 and convenient to get around. The house is cleaned and well maintained with a double garage, a nice feature for those rainy and chilly days. We certainly experienced a couple of those days while we visited in Janurary. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for accomodation in Houston. Thanks Kate for everything!!!!
