Stayed Jul 27, 2025It is a beautiful house with plenty of space. Check in was super easy and the kids had a blast. We could have used some kitchen dish cloths because there were none in the kitchen. Also needed more toilet paper (only 4 rolls for 10 people), the outdoor grill needed to be cleaned (we would have done that but there weren't any grill cleaning tools to do that). There wasn't enough bath towels for 10 people especially when you have 4 children with you. The basement bathroom needs a rug. The bathtub in the master bedroom did not have any warm/hot water. So all things said we made everything work and we did enjoy our family vacation. A lot of laughs and happy family time.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Beautiful property. Beds were comfortable. More towels needed for a group of 10 would be nice. The deck and property were so nice. Two tables and plenty of chairs for all. For added pleasure we’re seeing black squirrels and a family of friendly turkey's.I would definitely recommend this place..

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This is our second time staying at the property. The backyard is incredible and perfect for getting takeout and enjoying the outdoors. An easy drive from st joes and Warren dunes.tons of kids toys in the basement - an added bonus!
