The kitchen is undergoing a full remodel to brighten the space and provide upgraded amenities, expected tobe completed by December 2024. The kitchen will feature white cabinetry, new countertops and will be fully stocked with everything you could need. The open floor plan provides a place to gather and play games or enjoy the evening breeze on the deck where you will find outdoor dining and a grill.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen and a twin/twin bunk bed, and Bedroom 3 is equipped with a king. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and TV for added convenience. This pet-friendly villa is perfect for the whole family, including your furry friends with plenty of green space and walking paths throughout the community.

The Queens Grant community offers access to multiple pools, and you'll love the resort's seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle service, which makes getting to the beach a breeze. The seasonal Dunes Buggy also takes guests to Shelter Cove where you can enjoy weekly fireworks shows during the summer, popular restaurants and local shops.
