Spacious 3BR Townhome 3 Miles from Disney

The place is perfect for a family that is doing Disney/Universal. Close to parks, close to nice restaurants, close grocery stores. Made it an easy vacation.

The house was clean and well-equipped for our family trip to Disney! We did not use the pool, but the back porch was nice. We had a great stay!My only request would be for hotter water for showers. It was a colder week in Florida, so a warmer shower would have been nice :)

Nice place for Disney trip. Checking in process requires extra step but everything else is awesome once setup correctly. Clean, spacious, pool is a plus.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is super clean, comfortable and close to shopping. The drive to the Disney parks was under 20 minutes. The home is well stocked with most of the items you will need for a stay and grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive for all your other needs. We paid for the pool heat and were very pleased with the warmth of the water. The beds are comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Communicated well, nice to see home fully stocked! Kitchen cookware and appliances, stuff that someone would need for a baby, etc

We were 5 adults- 2 college aged kids, 2 adults, and my mom who is almost 70. The condo had enough space for everyone to have their own private time. Each room had a bathroom which was good for times we were all trying to get ready at the same time. Location was good- easy to get around. We used the big property pool once but the teens liked the small private pool better. Kitchen was well stocked- lots of helpful items.

Clean and excellent location close to Disney and shopping. Responsive host. Would stay here again.

This property is in a great gated community. It has great rules to keep the area clean, tidy, accessible, safe and fun.The house itself had plenty of room for all of us. My older parents stayed on the ground floor with their own bathroom. Kids and us upstairs with separate bathrooms and access to laundry .The pool (we had heated) was enough for our kids and we loved it.

John the host and the entire staff with global vacations were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was well kept, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Super convenient location, nice little arcade. You can get equipment for the volleyball and basketball courts as well which was nice. I don't see why you'd bother staying at Disney for triple the price.

Great place for a family my 4 year old enjoyed Disney decor in the room and bathroom

Nice place, good location. Just as described. The only thing I would personally change is allowing the a/c to go below 72. But it stayed cool & everything worked - nice furniture, good size tvs in every room, nice neighborhood.
