House Rules & Terms
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any guest found in violation of house rules or local laws will be required to vacate the property immediately without refund.
No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking property—indoors and outdoors—including vaping. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking on the premises.
Prohibited Activities: No illegal drug use or underage drinking is permitted at any time.
Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host. Pets are not permitted in the pool under any circumstances. No pet—including service animals—may be left unattended inside or outside the home at any time.
Cleaning Fee: If the property is left in an excessively dirty condition at checkout, a $250 cleaning fee will apply.
Late Checkout Policy: Guests must vacate the property by the designated checkout time. Failure to do so within 2 hours will result in an additional full-day charge, without granting extended access.
Check-In Policy: Only the person who made the reservation may check in. All guests must provide a valid phone number.
Occupancy Limit: No unregistered guests exceeding the stated occupancy limit will be allowed
Owner Access: The property owner reserves the right to access the home at any time with a minimum 30-minute notice.
Rental Agreement: All guests are required to review and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to arrival.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
