Stayed Aug 30, 2025Upon arrival, we observed that the home was just as beautiful as the photos had shown but the home was not clean - surfaces and floors needed attention immediately. Early on into our stay, we encountered roaches inside the home, including both nymphs and adults. While the property manager was communicative and the home owner responded quickly after we reported the issue, only Hot Shot was used. We had purchased the bait traps after the 2nd roach appeared. The infestation made the stay uncomfortable. We were not offered any refund. After paying quite a bit for this home, we were not able to just leave and go elsewhere.Overall, the location and setup of the property had potential for a higher rating as it is pet friendly in a great location and can sleep a large group, but the condition of the home when we arrived and the pest issue significantly affected our experience.
