Welcome to our newly remodeled property! This spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a large front porch entrance that leads you into the cozy living room, where relaxation awaits.

The first bedroom, located just off the living room, offers a luxurious king bed for a peaceful night's sleep. The remaining two bedrooms can be found down the hallway, providing privacy and tranquility. Both bathrooms are conveniently situated along the hallway, and one of them is an ensuite bathroom, allowing you to have your own personal retreat.

Need to catch up on work or stay connected No problem! Our property features a private workspace, complete with a reliable and fast WiFi connection, ensuring you can effortlessly handle your professional tasks or stay in touch with loved ones.

When it's time to dine, head to the spacious dining room adjacent to the living room. With seating for six, it's the perfect spot to enjoy meals together or engage in lively conversations. The kitchen, located beyond the dining room, boasts modern amenities, including a stovetop island and new stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    Cute place. We liked the neighborhood.’Could use hangers and hanger bars in closets, electric outlets in bathrooms, and more accessible outlets in bedrooms. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Management company responded quickly about the tree falling on the house.

    This was a sweet, cozy cottage. It was great to be able to spend Christmas together. The rooms were clean and the perfect location to get to everything. The hosts were great. Our favorite part was the fenced big back yard and the sweet front porch.

    If I could give 10 stars for the responsiveness and helpfulness of the property management, I would! The communication was outstanding. I accidentally left a valuable item behind, and they promptly located it and mailed it safely to me. Priceless! The home was clean, comfortable and a quick, easy drive the Maxwell AFB. We didn't cook meals at the home except for breakfast, and it met our needs.

    Excellent property. Charming Old Cloverdale cottage. Updates bathrooms were a plus. The property did advertise a deck in the backyard which had been removed before our stay. We were disappointed not to be able to sit outside with family.

    The property is a lovely 100 year old home with modern appliances and clean furniture, located in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of restaurants. Visitors should understand power plugs requiring 3-prongs might not be usable in many of the rooms due to old wiring/outlets, and there are no outlets in the hallway bathroom. Host immediately responded to texts. Would recommend to friends & would stay there again.

    The house was in a nice area and very convenient to airport and Maxwell AirForce which was our main objective. The house was cozy but needs a little work. We advised them of what needed fixing and they will take care of it.

    This is a lovingly refurbished, well equipped cottage in a the friendly, walkable neighborhood of Old Cloverdale. The interior was spotless and the exterior needs just a little fall cleanup. Communication was excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

    House was nice. Close to dining, shopping. Nice bedding. Kitchen needs more pots, pans, dishes... The cold and hot water connections are backwards on the washing machine.

    I lived in Old Cloverdale 45-50 years ago and was in town for my 50th college reunion. The location was perfect and brought back many fond memories. I highly recommend this property!

    The house was a short drive to downtown, where our conference was held. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We enjoyed coffee on the porch while watching the neighbors walk their dogs, ride bikes and go for runs. There was plenty of space for my two coworkers and me. We would totally stay here again.

    This cottage was perfect for our visit to see The Legacy Sites and Alabama Shakespeare Theater. It is ideal in that just down the block is The Vintage Cafe to grab a morning bite before heading out for the day and then, The Pine Bar to grab a nightcap. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean; towels soft, kitchen well stocked if you wanted to eat in. Highly recommend. Josh was a perfect host too.
