Great property! Easy to book, extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of space. Close to everything, including great trails for running. Really easy to get in touch with the property management company about questions. Will definitely book again!

Our family of 5 (us, toddler, & grandmas) enjoyed our stay for 8 days in Sept 2024. Loves: Very Clean; well maintained; great amenities; as pictured Great layout inside & out Well stocked kitchen & bath towels Great location. Seagrove public beach access 5 mins walking (no parking). Cassine Cir ideal for kids to play. Goatfeathers close. Publix 7 min drive. Benchmark very responsive before & during stay Check in/out easy Super helpful outdoor shower has hot water Comments: We did not use the pools or communal things, so no comment Grill worked. Construction behind property no bother Stock up on amenities; only initial supply provided NO beach supplies: towels, chairs, tents, umbrellas, toys, totes, cooler, wagon, or regular umbrellas supplied. Brought own. No accommodations for babies/toddlers; brought own Ring camera is by kitchen door; can’t see shower. Just don’t come out naked & you’ll be fine. Can park 2 vehicles in driveway without blocking. Anymore can line up in driveway. No street parking. Side yard right of the driveway very soggy with rain. Minor areas of improvement: Need more kitchen hand towels; had only 1 Need more blankets & pillowcases. Only had bed sheets & bed covers. Plenty of pillows. Need broom & dustpan for daily cleaning; the Dirt Devil’s exhaust blows a lot of the debris around. Need cleaning sprays for daily cleaning. Many are particular about cleaning products, so best if the host provides. Returning soon! Thanks for sharing ur home!

Beds and furniture were all clean and comfortable. Easy short walk to the beach and pool. Played pickleball at the tennis courts most nights and took walks around the quiet neighborhood. We were disappointed that there was no umbrella on the back patio as advertised. Had one or two issues on the first day but the management company was quick to respond. I do wish bikes were included in the rental like most rentals do. The beach access was packed everyday and we were fighting for a decent spot most mornings but overall it was a great trip!

Reviewer Comments: Gone Gulfin is in a great location in a small neighborhood with a short walk to beach access. Close to local restaurants and coffee shops. The house is equipped with most essentials. Beds are comfortable as well as the living room furniture for watching movies on a rainy day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit to this precious house. Loved every thing about the house. Hard to leave.The lack of adequate public beach in front of the entire Cassine Village area made driving to other beach accesses inconveniently necessary. Especially hard to find parking. Unfortunately the gulf front owners prohibit beachgoers to sit on “their”sand, so the remaining public space was packed at least 4 rows deep with umbrellas.

This is our fourth time staying at this property, and we absolutely love it. The house is clean, the neighborhood is both quiet and lovely, the neighborhood pool is well-kept, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again! I wouldn’t dock any overall stars for this because it may not be something that can be helped, but the view from the backyard isn’t very appealing due to debris and the current construction happening in the lot behind. That isn’t pictured/shown in the listing. Hopefully it will be better once that’s finished!

The property was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. This was definitely one of the cleanest rental units we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space in living areas. Just a short walk to beach. Having bikes with the property was a plus!

It's honestly hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay here. The property is absolutely stunning. The furnishing and decor were amazing. The kitchen is full of all necessities. Beds are super comfy. TV's are all smart, which is great for kiddos. The firepit was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the bicycles too. This is definitely a treasure to find. We hope to be returning very soon.

We had a fabulous time with 3 adults and two kids. The bunk beds were a hit for the kids, and the master was spacious with its own bath and shower. The property manager, Geraldine, was easy to communicate with and responsive. The backyard had plenty of room for Al fresco dining, a fire pit or just kids running around. The 4 bikes were the icing on the cake. We enjoyed biking to seaside and walking across 30A to the beach. Perfectly convenient spot for everything - including fresh seafood at goat feathers seafood market.
