Spacious 3bd with king, 2 living areas and fenced yard

Loved this place! We come each year to this place and it is always so wonderful! Great location to our event location, food, and sightseeing. The owners are kind and really wonderful to coordinate with. Thank you Ann for all you do to us!

House was clean and well appointed. Location very convenient to the downtown Huntsville area. Owner was very communicative, friendly, and helpful.

We had a great time staying for a family reunion. We weren’t at the property much but it was central to many restaurants and sites. Location was a little rough in some areas but never felt in danger. Some quaint wildlife in the backyard at times that the kids enjoyed. Took some time to figure out the water in the master but overall it was great.

House was clean! And cozy as well very spacious

The property and all linens were exceptionally clean. There were 8 of us in the house and the home had a fantastic flow for all those people. Loved the covered car park and the yard. Check out instructions were easy to find and easy to complete.

Was in town for a curling tournament. The location was close to the ice arena so was great for that. The house was simple but comfy and all that we needed.

Great location for golf and restaurants

The house had great access to UAH, the Space & Rocket Center, and great restaurants. House was exactly as portrayed on site; cozy with all the essentials we needed for a long weekend. Its ease of access is because of its location near a main road; we were fine & didn’t have issue but anyone unaccustomed to city noises might find the street noises a little loud.

This property is close to all the things you would want to do in Huntsville

I am part of a martial arts group and we had an event in Huntsville this year. This was the second year we attended the event and also stayed in this listing. It was amazing! The house is wonderful, the location is great, and the host was incredibly helpful. We loved staying here, and look forward to doing so again!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this VRBO. It was spacious and clean with comfortable mattresses. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and communication with owner was great! The location was near an on-ramp for easy interstate access. Plenty of towels. An open maker in the fridge would be a nice addition or a bag of ice provided to get you started. There were two ice trays. The home is on a corner and fronts to what must be a main road as there was a lot of traffic all night. I am a light sleeper so this might not be a problem for most. We visited during some hot June days and didn’t feel like the AC was effective during the day. It worked and did cool the house down some but not to the temp we set. The beds were comfy and plenty of seating in the den. We didn’t use the kitchen so I don’t know about how well it was stocked. We did use the washer and dryer and they worked well.

Our stay was great, this property was only minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Space and Rocket Center and Museum, Downtown, Nature trails. And Stove house, just to name a few. The house was very clean and enough to take care of our needs. The check in process was super easy. We enjoyed our time and plenty of space to make it happen. Would definitely stay at this property again.

First impression - smelled bad! Musty, old. AC cover fell off in middle of the night and saw the filter has NEVER been changed. Thick gunk all over it! Next morning while cooking saw mouse droppings in cabinet, hair on kitchen counter, coffee pot in cabinet still had coffee grounds from no telling how long ago. Etc etc. no can opener. No potholders, which I consider basic kitchen supplies. We were only staying one more night or we would have left. It WAS close to the university which we were there to visit. But will never stay there again.
