Spacious 3 BR Westside Beach Villa @ Marina del Rey

This was a very nice area close to the beach and restaurants with very friendly people. The home was very nice,with beautiful nic naks and such, we said dont touch that alot to the kids during our stay. We felt very at home and enjoyed every minute we were there.

The house is spacious and has a nice garden. The neighborhood was clean and peaceful. However, the house has a dated, neglected and unkept atmosphere.

The home was in a super safe and clean neighborhood. The home was beautiful and well kept. My family loved the pool table and all the space!

This house was in the perfect location for us to visit everywhere in the LA area we wanted. Bedrooms were spacious, and linens clean. Bathrooms could stand to be updated and/or deep cleaned. Bedroom closets were unable to be used due to owner's personal clothing & items, which we weren't expecting. Had a small issue upon entry with getting the house security alarm turned off, but the property manager was available by phone and helped us quickly.

Had a great stay, location was great for what we were looking to do. Only thing missing was a grill to Bbq.

Leaves nothing to wish for. Perfectly described and very nice house. We loved it!

Nice home , very clean property. When I checked in I had accidentally set off the security alarm and as soon as I called some to fix the issue they had walked through it with me and immediately resolved the issue very quickly!

Communication was consistent and clear with the owner and manager from the beginning. We got there early because our flight was early and we wanted to have somewhere to unload our luggage. The manager was understanding but the cleaner was there 15 minutes pass check in. It was definitely clean though:) The place was nice! The finishes were modern and sleek. It was a smidge older than it looked on the pictures but it didn’t have any barring on the quality of the house. The backyard was quaint and comfortable with shade all throughout to really enjoy it. We were there for my mother’s funeral services and after the repast, a few of the patrons of the service came by. We talked and laughed about old times with mom. I walked a few people out and saw the neighbor pull up slowly into their driveway. Next thing I know, the owner called and said there were some complaints saying we were loud and it wasn’t even 10pm. You should be able to talk and laugh in your backyard and or driveway without a complaint at those early hours (5–10pm). There wasn’t even any music. Again, the owner was understanding but I probably would have saved the call until after 10pm. All in all, it was great. The master bedroom had an incredible bed. We have a super comfortable bed at home and we’ve stayed in many top rated places and no bed has compared to home until now. This may have beat ours. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home.
