Welcoming to pets. Nice layout. Convenient to Main Street but set back a few blocks which meant a very quiet street.

Wonderful home and a great location.

Had a weekend getaway with some close friends. This property had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was close to the main shopping strip and was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to book as I plan to stay again the next time I’m in Fredericksburg.

Very nice, clean, spacious home in a great location close to Main Street! We were in town for Thanksgiving weekend with family and enjoyed the home and how close it is to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful home very comfortable

We had a great time. The house was perfect. It’s right next to everything. We’ve stayed a couple of places in Fredericksburg and this was our favorite.

The property was lovely! We enjoyed the neighborhood and walked quite a bit. The outdoor space was perfect, but unfortunately the fire pit was not working.

Great house for 3 couples, comfortable beds, walking distance to restaurants, Main Street, and Oktoberfest! Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our sister in laws 50th birthday. The beds were all very comfortable and the sheets were amazing. Marissa was very prompt responding to our question about checking in early. Everything went smoothly and the house had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay here!!

The house was perfect for quick weekend getaway with our grown kiddos. Each couple had a nice king bed and the house was roomy but cozy. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our group of 8. The house is spacious with 3 bed rooms and a fold out couch to comfortably sleep all of us.

We spent the weekend for a sorority event and my daughter’s birthday. The location was perfect, minutes away from all of our plans. The home was clean and in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. It was our first visit to Fredericksburg and we want to visit again. We will definitely stay here again, if it’s available.

My sister, daughter and I took a girls weekend away. We had such a great time. The property was just as described . Loved the trip.

The house was a great location for us. Plenty of space in the beautiful back yard for our little ones to play, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchens were well equipped with everything you could need.

My friends and I celebrated my 40th here and it was just what I’d hoped for. The house was spacious and clean and just as described. The rooms were spacious and the master even had a fireplace, making it such a cozy place to wake up. The location was an easy drive from the busy part of main which was great. Communication was very easy and getting into the house couldn’t have been more convenient. Would absolutely stay here again

We had a great time for a short stay with our family of 4 and my parents. House was close to everything and also very roomy and clean. We had a brief encounter with some raccoons in the backyard but other than that an amazing stay!

The property was very nice, like staying in someone's cozy home. Beds were very comfortable. The weather was to wet to sit outside but the patio area was nice as well. I would recommend this home highly.

We loved this home! Three generations of women celebrating a 75th bday in Fredericksburg. Immaculate and well appointed. Each bedroom had a comfortable King size bed. It was raining so we weren’t able to use the fire pit & adorable yard but the furniture was comfortable for lounging & chatting over wine & charcuterie.Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This space was perfect for our large family! Lots of sleeping space, and it had all the extra blankets and pillows and accessories we could need!

I can't say enough amazing things about this property! The host really outdid themselves. We had everything we could possibly want and then some! The bedrooms were perfect, comfy and quiet - such a great neighborhood and close to everything. We enjoyed the backyard, sitting around the firepit after a night out! Two separate sitting areas inside was great for spreading out as well! We can't wait to go back, this is the perfect place for families or a girls trip! Thank you for making our trip so amazing!
