Very comfortable and great location.

I was looking for a short term rental for my family's 6 night stay in Las Cruces. My family and I were very comfortable given the amount of space, tv's and sitting areas. Kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and toiletries. The house is also conveniently located near highway 70, a Walmart, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Chris, our host, was exceptional; very communicative and welcoming. I highly recommend if looking for a nice, safe and convenient place to stay in Las Cruces.

Great property. VERY clean and well stocked! So much room and very comfortable beds. Communication with owners was amazing. Super fast to respond to questions.

Beautiful home but could use a detailed cleaning; carpets cleaned, blinds dusted and windows washed. Plentiful towels but one wash cloth in each upstairs bathroom. We had to go to Dollar General and buy a pack. There was no hand soap in the main bathroom upstairs, but we finally found an extra bottle in the cabinet of the downstairs powder room. And finally, the handbook on the kitchen counter needs updating. It stated there was a bottle of wine and snacks being made available to us but we couldn’t find them. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable.

Overall a very good stay. Perfect location and property for our family. Just a few things could have been better. For a home that sleeps 6, there was very little flatware, we had to bring some of our own. No kitchen towels, again we brought our own. Took a full 2 minutes for the water in the master bath to get warm enough to shower (I timed it). Window in the master bedroom does not close all the way so street noise is loud. Property was clean and comfortable.

This was a wonderful stay for us while we were in town building the new skatepark. The place was spacious, clean and had cool decor! And the host was totally awesome, we wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend. Thanks again for everything!

Nice and comfy for a family to relax.

This property gave us easy access to bike friendly roads as well as shopping. It was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Very easy to locate and close to interstates and getting around Las Cruces. The home is beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable, with all the essentials that we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed in this house for nearly 3 weeks and loved coming home to this space each day after exploring the Las Cruces area. It was welcoming, comfortable, so spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We especially loved being able to park the car and our bikes in the garage. Finally, we were really impressed with how responsive the owner was to any question we had.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It is the first property we look for when wanting to stay in Las Cruces. Due to circumstances we needed to arrive in Las Cruces earlier than planned. So we reached out to Chris who went way above and beyond to help us get into this rental early (several days) His home is everything we could expect and more from a rental property. Always fully stocked and plenty of space. My wife and I work remote and sometimes have to bring work with us and the internet is always reliable to run our equipment and more. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his wonderful home. But I want anyone to read this to know that you will not be disappointed in this rental. Always 5 stars!!

Very happy with this property. Everything was as expected. The use of the garage was a plus, and the coffee and snacks were very thoughtful.

The house was very nice and the Cleanest house we've ever stayed in ! From checking in to checking out, this stay was enjoyable and we hope to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. Close to restaurants and places to visit. It is also real close to the freeway without the freeway noise. Chris has thought of everything. Not just a stocked kitchen and house but enough dishes, towels, coffee, and even toilet paper. We typically will have to run to the store and pick up a pack but he really did think of everything. The size of the house was exactly what we needed and what you see is exactly what you get. A beautiful house in a great part of town that is so welcoming and CLEAN. We have family in Las Cruces and visit often. So we will be staying here again if available.
