Spacious 2900 SQ Feet House In Ginter Park, 10 min to Everywhere

The house slept 8. Seating for 5 in LR and 6 in DR. Icemaker/water dispenser broken. Kitchen had only a few dinner plates and soup sized bowls and less than 5 forks and spoons. Only one towel in shared bath for two queens. Electric plug in master bath did not work. No hair dryer as advertised. Temp controlled remotely. Froze during the day and at 10 pm it went to 75 degrees and then seemed to turn off. The host tried to remedy the place settings by sending us to the downstairs cabinet to get more. .

The house was absolutely lovely. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family group of 7. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch and the nice yard with the outdoor garden swing for two. It was a great location - as the description says, 10 min to everywhere.

Great location for spending time in/around greater Richmond. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for five.

The property was in a nice neighborhood and was clean and spacious. However, the air conditioning on the first floor and basement was not working. I tried calling and texting the property manager several times, but received no response. I had to send him a message through VRBO to get a response. It was very hot, 90+ outside. He did not offer to do anything to help us out. I had to go and purchase fans so that we could some relief.

Had a great stay. The house was spotless, just as pictured, and in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

I booked this stay last minute and was not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised with this property! It was very charming all throughout the house; which by the way is very spacious. This pictures don’t do this house justice, the property was a 10/10. Host was great with communicating and even left snacks and drinks throughout the whole house.

I booked this VRBO over the holidays so my family could each have a bed rather than cramming into our small house, and it was the perfect solution! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and everything is recently renovated. The host was extremely accommodating and was quick and helpful in his communication. If you're looking for a convenient home in Richmond's Northside, look no further!

The house was perfect for a girlfriends dinner. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Mustafa was a very responsive and helpful host and made sure we had everything we needed. He even left us snacks and drinks! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!
