Spacious 2 Bedroom Townhome, Garage!

This property is well kept and has all the comforts of home inside. A favorite thing to do was reading our books on the patio. The home is centrally located so access to mountain trails is no more than 30 minutes away and a walk along the Rillito River walk is a half mile away! Restaurants and shopping are nearby. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re planning to return!!!

We came to Tucson to escape our winter. This townhome was very cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. Julie and David were super helpful. We had a great time!

The unit is right next to a regular travelled street and if you are sleeping in the master bedroom it is difficult to get a full nights sleep.

The only 2 things I would change is the living room furniture is not very comfortable and due to road construction there is a strong sewer smell. We enjoyed the townhouse amenities and I would recommend this property.

We appreciated these features: proximity to retail and the bike path, cleanliness upon arrival, ample supply of consumable items, a garage, steady WiFi, cable TV, and the community pool/hot tub. The unit is located on a fairly busy street, so when doors are open or you are on the patio, you will hear that. The living room furniture is worn and should really be replaced.

This was our first experience fleeing the northeast winter and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The townhouse was more than adequate as a temporary home away from home. Neighbors were friendly but not obtrusive. Was extremely easy to shop, dine, and drive to major attractions. Very close to the loop for walking and felt safe enough for solo trips. The owners were responsive and helpful- we would definitely return without hesitation.

For us, easy access to the loop bike trail was key, and this property was .75 miles from 2 different access points so that was great. There are also tons of restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. Overall, the location is pretty central so nothing is that far. We stayed for 3 weeks and even got to know some of the neighbors. The only slight negative is that the furniture is starting to show its age, so the comfort could be a bit better. However, the beds were comfortable so we slept well. Having a garage was also really nice for bicycles, or just to keep your car out of the elements. Communication with the hosts was easy, as was check in.

Our second time, location is good. The best part is seeing our grandchildren.

I have enjoyed the comfortable environment of this location! The owners provided me with everything I needed and check in was simple. I also like the convenience of having a garage for my car, bike, etc. The bike trails and walking trails are so by as well as shopping.
