My friend and I came down for a conference and we were very pleased with our stay. The place was clean and convenient and the host is gracious with the amenities. The towels, linens, and beds are all similar quality to what you would actually have in your home. Plenty of coffee and wonderful tea, nice good quality blankets and throws that really smelled and felt clean. Again similar to what you would have at home. Generous supply of snacks and water. Just a nice stay compared to many others that feel a lot like a college dorm. I highly recommend!
Wow! What a perfect location nestled in Historic Hampton. My sister had her wedding at The Historic Post Office and I was so happy with how close we were to the venue. Even better this dog friendly spot was bigger than I expected, so many beds. You could really make a cozy home of the whole place. Dwayne kept open communication the whole time, and even let us check in early. Our place was clean and great amenities. The backyard is beautiful, a gorgeous waterfront. Nice back porch. The gate does have a small gap between it and the water. We just opted to keep our dogs on leash. Also located on a main road. Just something to keep in mind if booking with kids or pets. All in all 10 outta 10. Thanks Dwayne, a wonderful time.
My friends and I stayed here for a few nights and it was perfect! The house is huge and was plenty big for the 4 of us. It was within walking distance to Hampton and had the cutest backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host was the best, messaging back to my questions and resolving them in minutes. Overall, I love this house and would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was effortless. Dwayne let us know we could arrive early as the house was ready. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us and our dog. The house was clean and well equipped with nice touches. There was a coffee/tea bar, fluffy towels, toiletries, an awesome bbq grill and spice drawer (my husband loved these), really nice washer and dryer. The covered front porch had rockers so you could sit and watch the rain. There were also heaters for the porch and back deck, not needed for our stay in June, but welcome for chillier weather. Our dog loved the fenced back yard and going for walks around the area. So convenient to everything, the highway, grocery store, walkable to downtown Hampton restaurants and museums. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area. Thanks Dwayne for sharing your home with us.
The house is absolutely gorgeous and Dwayne was fantastic and helped make the week leading up to our big day so much less stressful. Check-in and check out were very easy and he was very responsive for our questions. We were close to our ceremony, comfortable, had plenty of space for our trailer full of decorations, and had a fantastic fenced in area for our always sniffing Beagle. Would absolutely stay there again if coming back to the Hampton area soon.
