Modern home has great room with cathedral ceiling and waterfall mural, large kitchen and master bedroom, includes extra sleeping space and 2 car garage. We built this house for our future retirement. It has extra features like a bay window with window seat, and a stone and dark wood motif. There is a sunny front yard and shaded private back yard.
We are one and one half mile easy biking distance from Pinecraft.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Finding this house was such a gift for us, since we just needed a place to sleep, and it was a mile from where our other kids were staying. The house is dated, and has a musty smell, but was clean, and met our needs well. Dave was very kind and helpful.

Easy to have coffee in the morning with breakfast we prepared. Everything we needed was there. Thanks for a very enjoyable time.

Stayed Feb 27, 2023The house was perfect for our short vacation: clean, comfortable, good location and a fantastic property manager. One of our group forgot an item and the property owner called to find out if it was ours, which it was. That's above and beyond my expectations! Hopefully this house is available on our next visit to Sarasota!
