Nate's place had everything we were looking for. His place easy walking distance to public transportation to get into Seattle very quickly. The place was very clean and well stocked. We found the place to be very quiet and the neighborhood to be adorable. Nate was very prompt to respond to concerns we had which were minimal . He was easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would easily stay again at his place and probably will be.

This is our go-to place when visiting family in Seattle. The host is so easy to communicate with, and responds immediately to questions/needs. The location is great, not only because it's close to our family, but also within close proximity to good eating and food shopping. We feel lucky to have found such a lovely and accommodating home away from home!

This little gem of a spot was perfect for our needs and then some. It was super clean, well equipped and the layout is spacious! We were able to cook all our meals and enjoy them in the comforts of this home away from home. The host was super thorough in communications, making check in and out a breeze. And the bed was SUPER comfy for us. Thank you!

The apartment was just as described. Plus it was cozy, well lit, and well equipped. We loved that it came with plenty of coffee, towels, and a sofa bed for the grandkids. Great bookstore and bagels nearby. We would love to return in the future.

Once again enjoyed our stay. It was close enough that we could walk to visit our son and family.

Wonderful unit! The owners have thought of everything, from tasteful and comfortable furnishings to a beautifully equipped kitchen. Small touches made the stay even nicer - Keurig coffeemaker, jigsaw puzzles, comfy bed and pillows, motion sensor night lights. We look forward to returning whenever we visit family in Seattle.

Perfect retreat

I helped moved my son into University of Washington. This location was PERFECT for our needs, and the hosts were so gracious to provide everything we needed. The neighborhood was great with plenty of local places to eat. We will definately stay here again!
