ACCESS & PARKING
Front Door Lock
The keyless lock keypad is located on the front door. Please open the screen door to access it. Your personalized code will be sent in your “Before You Arrive” email.
Gate Fobs
Inside the unit, you will find two gate fobs hanging next to the front door. These fobs allow access into the gated community and to the pool areas. Please return them to the same location before checkout.
Replacement fee: $100 per lost or damaged fob
(Note: The gate code provided is for arrival entry only.)
Assigned Parking
Your stay includes one assigned parking stall.
Guest Parking
Kuilima East offers designated guest parking stalls. Guest parking is free, but a Guest Parking Pass must be clearly displayed.

LANAI, RAILS & COMMON AREA RULES
For safety and community appearance, please do not hang clothes, towels, or any items on lanai railings.
Personal belongings may not be left outside the front door or in any common areas.

CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical environment can attract insects. To maintain a pest-free home:
Keep the unit free of crumbs
Wipe counters and sinks after preparing or eating meals
Store food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Do not leave dirty dishes or food containers out
Dispose of take-out boxes and excess trash promptly
Important:
Please do not eat on the couches or beds, as crumbs attract bugs.
We take great pride in keeping our unit insect-free. If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

AIR CONDITIONING
To help conserve energy and maintain comfort:
Close all doors and windows in rooms where the A/C is running
Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house

QUIET HOURS
Please respect community quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai
Pets are not allowed
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited

LAUNDRY & SAND CARE
Do not use detergents that contain bleach or Oxi—they discolor our towels
Shake towels outside before washing
Remove sand and shells from clothing and swimwear before entering the home or shower
Sand can damage plumbing and appliances—your care is appreciated.

TRASH & TOILETS
Trash: Please take trash to the dumpster located adjacent to the parking area.
Toilets: Do not flush:
Feminine hygiene products
Disposable or “flushable” wipes
Paper towels or trash
Only toilet paper should be flushed.

HOUSEKEEPING
We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay. Maid service is available for an additional fee — please contact us for scheduling.

Skateboarding anywhere on the grounds

POOLS, PICKLEBALL & BBQ AREAS
Pools: There are two swimming pools available for your use.
Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
No lifeguard on duty

Pickleball / Tennis Courts: Available for guest use. Please follow posted guidelines.
BBQs: Charcoal BBQs are located in the pool gazebos (first come, first served). Please bring your own charcoal.

    Very clean, spacious, everything you need for short stay or long stay (cooking & serving). Location was great, close to beach & hotel facilities. Everything within walking distance. Pool was clean and very relaxing. Only concern was upstairs air was running but no cool air which made sleeping warm/uncomfortable.

    We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. This is our first time staying at the North shore and we are happy we had this place to stay. Likes: closeness to the beach and proximity to the places we wanted to go. The estate was well maintained and having that security gate is a great feature. The kitchen is fully equipped plus the new washer and dryer is awesome! The communication between the property manager is easy and genuine. The townhouse itself is a bit dated but we can see the care that the owners put into it. Suggestions: Maybe a bathroom caddy in the master’s bathroom since there is nothing in there that you can put your shampoo or soap on. It would be nice to have a better broom and dustpan to use inside the house so we can sweep the floor. There were also dead cockroaches inside the kitchen cabinet and some bugs in the ice dispenser. The volume on the TV in the living room is not working. Over all, we would recommend this townhouse and would def come back.

The convenience of 3 bathrooms was a charm and the fact of a complete kitchen with everything you need made the experience all the more enjoyable.     We liked the secure feeling of parking our vehicle inside a gated lot and the designated parking stall. The flight of stairs had good railings and the entry key pad was easy to use. (No keys to carry or lose!) the kitchen had sufficient cookware and utensils for the six of us to make home cooked meals and the dishwasher and brand new washer and dryer were used a lot!The beds were comfy and the pullout couch was…well, it’s a pullout couch so we let the teens sleep there! lol. Bathrooms were clean and felt like a hotel with the towels and some soups and lotion. The tv was modern and easy to login and connect our favorite apps to watch movies, etc. A ten minute walk to the beach and a luxury resort next door was utilized daily to access activities available for an additional fee. We had a rental car and commuted all over the island from this location. It’s only 15-45 min to anywhere you’d want to go! Loved the place and it works well for a group of active adults that want a temporary place to call home while exploring the amazing north shore of Oahu.

    This condo is a terrific home base for exploring the north shore. Close to lots of beaches and other activities, but quiet and away from all the crowds. It was terrific for our family of four.

    Location is ideal; property is old. Inefficient a/c’s (wall units) unusable master shower due to head leakage (owner notified - no remedy). Owner did bring fan on third day which was appreciated. You must leave the a/c units on continuously to maintain any coolness. Poor natural circulation. Easy parking.

    The unit was very spacious with 3 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen and some beach gear like snorkels, beach chairs etc which was great. The were some little bugs here and there but I guess that goes with the territory. The spiral stairs that go to the loft area is a bit tight especially to carry up luggage. The only disappointment was that dense trees block the view from the patio. You cannot look out into the golf course.
