Had a great stay! Walking distance to our daughter’s dorm at FIT. We were too busy to use the pool, but it looked so inviting. We can’t wait to stay again.

Overall we had a great stay. Harry was very helpful, and if we needed anything he was on it. Our only concern was that the listing was not accurate and therefore not really what we needed. We needed twin beds, and it was a full bed instead. He offered us air mattresses, but we made it work. We didn’t need to use the kitchen for any major cooking, so I can’t speak to much of the efficiency of the kitchen. The fridge kept our drinks cold, and the washer and dryer were a life saver.

Rented the house for daughter, son in law, their newborn, and dog. It was a perfect location, plenty of room, and exactly what we wanted. There was only one issue and it was addressed immediately and fixed as soon as possible. Couldn’t ask for better attention or service!

I hate giving negative feedback. The house location is accurate, but the neighborhood was not the best. The interior photos look much brighter and newer than the actual interior. The house (and furniture) is old and has low ceilings and not very bright inside. There were many dead moths on the windowsills and floor of one bedroom, although in general the place was otherwise clean. The sheets and towels appeared clean. There were price tags on some lamps and things. Apparently we could buy these items according to the notes in the house. The bathrooms were ok although in one you could just fit on the toilet without hitting knees against sink cabinet. The pool was clean and we did swim one day, but the yard was overgrown and had a ladder and other equipment laying in the one small area of open grass. There is a travel trailer on the other open part of the yard and a small car parked in the front yard. You have to put your own account information into the TV because they do not have regular TV. The property manager was nice. Both she and the owner contacted us on check in day to be sure we knew how to get in. Again I feel bad about saying these things, but we felt the need to be honest. I wanted to leave the first day, but we hung in to visit family and left a day early for a hotel. I wish we had taken photos but I didn’t think of it.

Super family friendly. Great private pool area. Just what we needed.

Comfortable, relaxing, and everything we need like being home

Quiet, perfect for families with children. My kids loved the pool!

The weather didn’t cooperate for pool time. The area was very nice lots to do. Harry and Brenda were great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had all that we needed and the pool and screened in back porch were wonderful. The location was great - close to shopping, restaurants and a ton of things to do. The hosts are wonderful - kind, genuine and attentive. They made us feel more like friends than guests.

Harry was wonderful and so was his home to rent. From the moment we started communicating he was always available, friendly and addressed any concerns. I highly recommend giving this property A chance.
