My husband, I, and daughters age 20 and 22 stayed here for 5 days over Christmas. Great location and very clean! This is a small place but great use of space. This property could use an update and absolutely needs a new mattress and pullout! The oven was very slow to heat but did eventually cook our sausage balls. Overall, great experience and would stay here again with documentation of new mattress.
Unfortunately, this review doesn't reflect the actual room we rented. It looks lovely but unfortunately it flooded a few days before we arrived. The low rating reflects the property manager experience. We received a nice note the day before we arrived and it never mentioned the unit flooded and we would be put up in a different unit. We checked-in and went to the room shocked when we walked in because it looked nothing like the unit we rented. The front desk mentioned nothing. The front desk shared they upgraded us free of charge to a one bedroom versus a studio for free. We appreciated having a replacement room but as you can see from the lovely pictures of this unit is has been upgraded and had fine features. The room we stayed in had old furnishings, the carpet was frayed on the edges, it just didn't feel fresh and clean. Accidents happen and the way the property manager handles it makes all the difference. What I shared with them in several email exchanges was that my frustration was due to not being notified of the flooding and new room before arriving, upon arriving, nothing. They offered me 10% off our next visit. This was a one time trip through Park City. We have no plans on returning. I expressed this and asked if they would consider giving us 10% off this visit. They declined. We were on a 7 day road trip and this was our one evening to stay in and relax so we picked this unit on purpose. It looked cozy and comfortable. To the owners: I'm sorry you experienced flooding. I hope the repairs went smoothly. This rating is not a reflection on you, solely the property manager.
