We had such a great stay! The house was perfect, from the ideal location close to everything Sarasota has to offer to the home itself. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing.The heated pool and spa were a favorite for kids and adults alike, truly the highlight of our trip. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the beds were super comfortable after long beach days.The host was amazing: friendly, responsive, and made check-in/out incredibly easy. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a more perfect place to stay in Sarasota. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering this property!

AMAZING!! I have my top five fav VRBO rentals and right now this one is competing next to my all-time fav. The pool area makes you feel you’ve landed in your very own private spa. The house is perfectly appointed AND the best part is the neighborhood village within walking distance. I didn’t venture far from the house or neighborhood-dining/shopping nearby. Could NOT have asked for a better place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed this property and its amenities. Lisa made the check in process easy and we appreciated her checking in with us during our stay. The house's location is conveniently situated close to beaches, dining and shopping. The pool, spa and patio landscaping had a relaxing resort feel. The location had ample linens, towels including for pool and paper products. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and umbrellas available as well. The full size washer and dryer were an added bonus.

Walking distance to coffee, food and much more. The pool makes the property. Easy place to spend time with family friends. Price was fair and location was good. Beds comfortable but master bed was a bit soft.

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house. The pool offered relief after a hot day at the beach. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. We decided to cook several dinners at the house and the well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill worked out perfectly. Check out the neighbors mango tree for fresh fruit dropped in on a daily basis! We recommend this property for your next vaca stay .

I huge thank you to host Lisa for this incredible stay. The house is absolutely a gem. Inside and out. Backyard with spa pool feel is absolutely beautiful and fun! Kitchen is well equipped as well. Super clean, and very comfortable! We will definitely be back !

We absolutely loved staying at this adorable house! From the decor to the gorgeous landscaping and pool, it was perfect! We enjoyed the shops and restaurants down the street and it was so easy to get to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and the host was quick to respond when we had a question! We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, there was roadwork during our stay but Lisa was amazing and responsive. The house is great, the yard is amazing. Looking forward to staying again!

The house was incredible and the hosts were extremely kind, communicative, and caring. House is updated perfectly with everything you need for your stay and is set up to accommodate many guests comfortably. It was clean and well taken care of. The backyard oasis was perfect for toddlers, older kids, and adults alike. The pool was the perfect temperature and all of the seating around the pool was comfortable and inviting. We could’ve stayed there the whole time but if you’re craving a beach day, it’s in the best location to make it happen. Only ten minutes from two of the best beaches Sarasota has to offer. Close to grocery and great restaurants as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family to enjoy! Thank you to the amazing hosts for offering this wonderful house for others to enjoy!

The house was well appointed. The pool area was outstanding . The area is great as you can walk to restaurants. Michelle was excellent to deal with.
