Had a wonderful time with/ family at this location. Truly enjoyed being together. The view was gorgeous, too. The restaurants were all great...Especially the Friskey Oyster in Greenport.

Nice place for quiet fall weekend .

Pet friendly comfortable property with lots to do in the neighboring areas. Huge backyard for dogs to run and kayaks provided for water entertainment.

Like coming home. The house is clean and comfortable. The creek offers the best opportunities for fun on the water. We kayaked, swam, and used floats the entire week. The neighborhood is perfect for long walks or bike rides to many attractions in the area. Debbie the property manager is excellent at her job and always ensured we were taken care of. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely location, lovely views! Dealing with Debbie from Luxury Beach Getaways was extremely smooth from start to finish. Always quick to respond to any questions we had. My only criticism is the house needs some TLC, but it did not interfere with our stay!

Nice open layout & beautiful view of dock and creek . Big backyard for our dog to run. Walking distance to Goose Creek beach & short distance into Southold for restaurants and shopping .

We loved it! The house was clean, cute and very comfortable. The back deck is so peaceful and private. We had a problem with the WiFI, but when we called Debbie she solved it in an instant. And the location is so close to everything the North Fork has to offer.

A very quiet neighborhood which is great The house needs updating fortunately the property manager Debbie was wonderful as it was in the middle of the heat wave and the air conditioning was not working and got it fixed very quickly Wi-Fi is good. Verizon cell phone spotty The house is basic but certainly works worth of money and worth your time it's a nice oasis and accepts dogs

Great house with everything you need for a fun weekend. Enjoyed the kayaks, deck, view, birds and surrounding area. Host was very welcoming and accommodating.

Lovely home set right off the water with a sprawling yard. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but the town had so many wonderful shops and amazing places to eat that we didn’t miss a beat. The house was clean and comfortable set in a beautiful neighborhood .
