Southern Tranquility Bungalow at The 303

My sister, mom and me stayed at this cute and comfortable bungalow! Had everything we needed and central to all things round top! The staff very helpful accommodating and friendly! Thanks for a great stay!

Very authentic Round Top stay!

This place was perfect. It's small but perfect use of space, clean and beautifully decorated to complete the Roundtop Experience. There is shopping steps from your door. The location is downtown Roundtop with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Kevin is an excellent host helped us with restaurant suggestions and places to go. I will definitely stay here again.

Southern Tranquility was very comfy and clean- 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed - perfect for 3 women. Mason was so wonderful to carry our bags upstairs when we arrived and back down again when we checked out. Owners are very thoughtful! The shopping at Worn & Weathered and the other boutiques was great also.

Location is perfect to hit all the hot spots in round top, apartment was adorable and perfect for a couple. Owner was a doll. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Very comfortable, had all the amenities, adorable style and the best location! Our room wasn’t ready until late but we just shopped around for an hour until it was.

This place is perfect to find an affordable nice spot where you can walk to downtown Round Top.

We stayed at The 303 during the show in March. I was promptly greeted and given a tour of the property by Jenny, who works at the Vintage Retail Store, Worn & Weathered, (which is a MUST visit store) with unique things personally made by talented Brandi, one of the owners. Upon entry, the place smelled super clean, was adorably decorated with farmhouse chic decor. The owner, Kevin and his wife Brandi have done a fantastic job with the renovations to this property. A fancy charcuterie board with crackers was waiting for us, along with snacks, water and soda in the fridge. Parking was right on site, no long walks to your vehicle. This is a PERFECT location. You can walk to Henkle Square and there is a lot of shopping on this very property site. I cannot say enough about our GREAT experience staying at this place. The owners, Kevin and Brandi were very personable and frequently checked to see if we had what we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, even if it's not during the show. There are several anchor stores who are open year round. This is the best location in Round Top! I will certainly stay there again.
