Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year was much different. Knowing we try to schedule this place for same season and typically week every year, the construction was very distracting for what we hoped for a quiet ministry trip.We had no clue people were going to be over do work to property, also the washers were having trouble. Leaking on ceiling, through first floor, then a step was so damaged that we had an attendee fall and skin her knee, twist her ankle. The carpet was just pieces together scattering everywhere you walked on it and not taped down. Safety was not up to par for cost It just wasn’t up to the par of cleanly either. The cost of these fees and cleaning really needs to be dropped lower as it is not worth 700.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Huge, incredible house directly on a quiet stretch of west end beach. The house was way bigger than we needed but everyone spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped with most anything we needed. There was even a large undercounter icemaker at the beverage counter!

We now have three married children giving us a total of seven grandchildren aging in range from 11-17, most of them are 15. This was the absolute epitome of dreams coming true. The 'free' daily offers for experiences and adventures allowed everyone opportunities DAILY that they would have not had otherwise. The home was equipped with every thing and more we would ever need for a week. The location is ideal for privacy and yet conveniently located for shopping. We enjoyed watching dolphins show off daily! The decor was very tasteful, and the home was spotlessly clean. The management staff responded quickly when we had a question. We will definitely contact them for future vacations.

Everything is what you would hope for when you’re renting this caliber vacation home! And it has a spacious beach area which we very much enjoyed!
