Southern Exposure Home W/ Expansive Canal Views!

Layout great! House manager was great and made sure our stay was comfortable! So much inspiration for artists and nearby pickleball for my husband! Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great home and super prime location - especially if your kids like fishing in the canals :) Well stocked and very responsive prop management team. Highly recommend and would def stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! Easy access to everything. We drove everywhere with no problem. Quiet area. House had everything you could think of. We had 7 people (2 older adults and 5 younger adults) and there was enough space for everyone. Pool was beautiful! Communicated with Taylor who was more than accommodating. I can’t say enough great things. Beds were comfortable. Having a washing machine was nice. Grocery stores close. Best part was we saw dolphins and a manatee in the water outside the back of the home. Would highly recommend this home. Thank you for allowing us to make some special family memories here!!

Southern Exposure was wonderful. The pool gets full sun most of the day and the location of the home is perfect. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed to enjoy the trip - even chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. The only issue we experienced was with the A/C on the side of the house with the primary bedroom. The thermostat was locked at 72 degrees and that side of the house was always noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. I didn’t reach out to the property management company because we were able to move to another bedroom, but it could be an issue for those who prefer it cooler in the house. Leaving my rating at 5 stars though because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house is better than the photos, with tons of living space, an unusually large yard, and great pool area. From the kitchen to the garage, the house is fully stocked with every imaginable thing for cooking, playing and relaxing. The wide canal is full of dolphins and sting rays, and the dock is easily accessible by boat if you’re renting or bringing your own. Location is very central. Best of all, the manager is responsive and very helpful. Every question and request was promptly addressed. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Souther exposure! It was perfect for two couples as it had king beds on opposite sides of the home and the pool in the middle. It is an older home but with the many updates like the master bath and kitchen it felt like new. The location was great as well, easy in and out of the island. We did have one small issue with the pool pump but Hannah from Edgewater Realty, LLC was great! She was very responsive and handled the issue right away. We will defiantly be back!
