The house was wonderful. Housekeeping needs to clean under beds and furniture, but otherwise, good. We had a heart transplant patient with 4 fractures in her spine, we rented an electric beach wheel chair which allowed her to go to the beach. The electrical outlet on our deck didnt work and owner of unit next door wouldnt allow us to plug in our electric wheel chair on theirs. I booked this house before her surgery, and fractures so she had to sleep on the couch because she could not do all the steps to the bedrooms, which was fine. This townhouse is 3 stories with all bedrooms upstairs. We were allowed to check in early for an additional charge, which we did.the 2 master suites are gorgeous with beautiful views from the balconies.

Pros -the pictures of the condo were accurate. They asked how the cleanliness of the condo was the day we checked in. I told them all the bottom of our feet are black. They had a cleaning lady come the next day to clean the floors.Cons- our feet were still black that same night she cleaned. We killed four cockroaches during our stay. There was duct tape in the 2 garden tubs and the refrigerator. The washing machine did not work properly. Just minimum kitchen utensils, example no hot pads and the crockpot did not work. The worse thing of all I texted them to let them know all of what I stated and I never heard one word back.

This house was perfect for our family vacation that included adults and grandchildren. We could go back and forth to the beach easily and often, which was nice for the babies’ napping schedules and taking beach things back and forth.

Perfect vacation! Beautiful home, enough beds for my family of 10. On the beach and close to lots of fun restaurants. Plan to return next year!

All was great. There was a trash bag full of trash left outside by the outdoor shower when we arrived. Also for an apartment that sleeps 12 there was only 8 forks provided. The grill needs repaired as we started to grill we noticed that the ignitor was missing and the gas tank was empty. Parking was a challenge but we knew that going in. The neighbors had U-Haul using 2 spots in addition to their designated 2 spots for most of the trip.

The location of this property is gorgeous. However, we had a lot of issues the first couple of days - wifi was not hooked up and there was no hot water! Property mgmt was very helpful in getting us back up and running, but it still took a couple of days to get things ironed out, which did take the shine off my vacation. I think this property needs to do a FULL walkthrough and look at the cleanliness and functionality of ALL of the condo and its appliances before it rents out again. The space and the location are great, though.

This is our 2nd year staying at Southern Beach exposure. C last year and B this year. Property management company is the best we’ve worked with. Great communication (Hurricane Helene tried to wipe out our vacation). The unit we stayed in this year is in need of some repair. But it didn’t hold us back from having a great time. We will be back again next year.

We loved this townhouse! The 2nd and 3rd floors each have a master and a BR with a double and 2 twins. These were ideal for our large family of 12, ages from 15 to 80. The beautiful beach was the star of our trip - no long haul of equipment or supplies and no big crowds. We loved it and we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room, and the beach access was great.
