Southern Elegance in Heart of Memphis

We visit Memphis 2-3 times a year to visit family. We always stay in Midtown. Gabe's property was just what we needed. It's close to all of our favorite restaurants and it's a short drive to downtown or East Memphis. Gabe is an excellent host. He was easy to communicate with. When we contacted him about a minor issue, he responded immeriately. The property was beautifully furnishd and decorated. We loved our stary.

We had a wonderful stay at this Memphis Midtown property. This was our first time using VRBO and because of the experience it will not be our last. Thanks, Gabe, for reaching out during our stay it was much appreciated.

My son and some of his groomsmen stayed in this convenient mid-town home to be close to the events of the wedding weekend. Gabe had lots of useful area information for our out-of-towners to fill the hours that weren't full of wedding events. We needed to have sleeping options for several grown men, and this home had great options. I would reserve again if needed this type of accomodations in the future.

Enjoyed our stay,, home was great for three generations of family to share time. Our host was available responsive to questions.

The experience at this place was absolutely fantastic From the moment we arrived, everything felt very welcoming. The house was spotless with an exceptional level of cleanliness throughout. We had a small wedding and the host could not have been more accomadating. He is very responsive and communicative. I would definitly stay again. There is lot of room if you have a large group.

The property is beautiful, charming and comfortable. It is filled with antiques, but still has a very comfortable home feeling. The house is in a good neighborhood and has an unassuming exterior. However, once you walk through the door you’re amazed at the amount and character of the space. I highly recommend this property.

Our host, Gabe, had to offer us an alternative home at the last minute due to storm damage to this property. We were so appreciative that he did this and the home we were placed in was very lovely! Gabe is a great host!

This beautifully-appointed home is convenient not only to everything in Midtown, but also to downtown. Ten of us comfortably shared the house, with four children ages 9 - 15. We had no problem parking 3 cars on the street, and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would not recommend the house for those unable to use stairs as the kitchen is on the second floor. Our host checked in several times to see that all was well. It was!

We loved the enclosed patios! The place was clean and provided plenty of areas for conversation. The neighborhood was cute and we enjoyed being able to walk to places.

7 of us came to town for a music festival. This home has 6 beds, which is the exact number of beds we needed. Cute neighborhood and walking distance to our festival. The way the house is laid out ensured that it never felt too crowded. Everybody loved the house and agreed we would stay here again if we come back next year.
