Nice apartment in a great location. Near UK and short Uber rides to many great restaurants and bars. Quiet property and a super responsive owner. Highly recommend!!

This was our first trip to Lexington. We enjoyed the condo’s spaciousness and cleanliness. The location was very close to the U of K campus as well as the other locations we wanted to visit. Perhaps because we were there between the regular school year and summer school, it was very quiet in the little condo community as well as on campus. Parking was easy, which I always appreciate. Communication with the property owner was easy and fast since I always have questions about accessibility. We had a great short but very comfortable stay.

The townhouse was very clean and organized. Jennifer provided all of the basic supplies needed and her communication was excellent!

We were visiting Lexington for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was an excellent host, and communication was great. I would recommend staying here. We visited many of the local distilleries and horse farms during our stay, and Jennifer made several wonderful recommendations for eating out. The location was good, and if you are coming for anything to do with visiting the university, it is a great location.

The location was in very easy walk to Kroger Stadium and clean comfortable place to stay.

If needing to be near UK campus or walk to Kroger Field this is a great location. Located in a quiet community. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

The condo was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Jennifer was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location to UK campus. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Such a great spot to stay. Quiet, clean and cozy. We stayed with another couple and enjoyed our own bathrooms and spaces. Was able to do laundry as well. Which was nice after Railbird. Will def book again next year!!
