Southern Breeze on Lake Norman

This house is wonderful and so was Kevin, the host. He was very attentive and did his best to make my stay enjoyable. I would have given the site 5 stars except that it is not very clean. There were dead bugs, dirt, stained towels and lots of spiderwebs. I understand it is hard to keep bugs out of a lakehouse, but it was more than I expected. The place just needs a thorough cleaning and new towels to make it a 5 star experience. Aside from that, I recommend the place since the amenities are great.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! Location was perfect & everything was just as listed. Communication was excellent & very prompt. We will return every chance we can.

We had to quickly change our mountain weekend plans because of the unfortunate hurricane weather. We changed our plans to the lake and this house was a great find last minute. House is as amazing and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a beautiful property with an amazing dock and dog-friendly backyard. We loved our stay and hope to come back again.

Kevin's home was comfortable, well stocked, and in a great location for a family weekend on the lake. The teens enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks, and we rented a wave runner from a nearby marina to explore some more of the lake. Convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. We should definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Breeze. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. The cove was perfect for the kids to swim and the house came with a paddle board and kayak as well as life jackets that were all used often. We even caught some fish off of the dock too. The owners recommended CS boat rentals for our boat and jet ski needs and that worked out perfectly. The house was great too! Clean with plenty of space for us and to host family for a BBQ and water activities. The back porch gave us a great place to have morning coffee and a great view to watch the kids in the water. Backyard has a fire pit with plenty of room to hang out. The owners were very responsive to all messages pre and post-booking. We arrived slightly early and they allowed us to check in. While we didn’t need anything during our stay, we appreciated the owners reaching out to see if we did.

Loved the location of this house tucked back into a small cove on lake Norman. Restaurants and grocery nearby.

We booked Southern Breeze for a place to stay for a family reunion in Davidson. Once we arrived we didn’t want to leave! Great location! Beautiful setting! Very Nice neighborhood! Wish we could have stayed longer! Planning to add at least one more day next year! Communication with host was very prompt and very nice! Highly recommend!
