The bonus room (6th bedroom) includes 2 sets of custom-made bunk beds with 4 single beds and a full bathroom. The 4 bedrooms on the next level include 1 king-size bed in the master suite and three bedrooms each with a queen size bed. One of the bedrooms with the queen bed will include a single bed as well. There is a shared bathroom on this level. The top floor includes a fully stocked chef's kitchen; wet bar with wine and beer fridge, ice maker and sink; gas fireplace; and sitting area with a furnished covered deck and ceiling fan. There is also a master suite on this level with a king-size bed. This rental will include bikes, beach chairs, high end Weber grill, seating for 12+ in the kitchen as well as top floor deck, and much more! This property also includes an elevator from the garage to the top floor. Linen service is provided by the owner for rentals in June-August.
