*The Sauna :The heart of this property is the custom designed outdoor sauna area, large enough for everyone in your group, with an expansive window looking out into the woods, an outdoor shower, Turkish towels and robes, and a fire pit just steps away. Guests will have access to the electric sauna stove that can be turned on remotely before you even arrive. For a spa-like curated woodfired sauna experience, please contact us for availability. Note: The gravel walkway to the sauna is not ADA compliant.

*The Space: Two beautifully curated homes sleeping up to 8 guests total, with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The interiors are cozy and clean with rustic-luxe touches that make it feel like a true retreat. You will find unique art by the previous homeowner and local Fayetteville artist, Anne Reichardt.

*The Outdoors: Wander private trails dotted with eclectic art, unwind around the fire pit, or head to Lake Sequoyah just a mile down the road for a paddle in the inflatable kayaks. This property is designed for slowing down and enjoying the moment. Great for guests that value health and wellness.
