South Palm Desert Jewel!

This place is great. It has a hot tub and is close to golf, churches, grocery stores and various restaurants. And the neighborhood is safe and walkable.

Our second stay here and better than the first as the many upgrades and care for the property are noticeable. Robyn is very good to work with and quick to remedy any issue that may arise. Looking forward to stay again in '23.!!

The home provided to us by Robyn and her husband Rick was exceptional in every way. The home was spacious and well cared for and did not lack any needs. The pride of ownership was evident the moment we stepped into their home. Job well done by the Ketterings in presenting a home that exceeded expectations.

Our stay was best characterized as having NO SURPRISES! The home was well cared for, smartly updated and everything worked. Communication with management/owner was timely and positive. Had a very enjoyable stay. We have re-signed for next year.

Exactly as the owner stated on VRBO. Clean, updated, fabulous location, kitchen generously stocked, more than enough paper products. View to the golf course exceptional. Pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We were so sad we could only stay six (6) of the twenty eight days (28) days due to the Coronavirus. We had to return home to Canada quickly due to the border being closed. We will return as soon as it is safe to travel once again. Robyn thank you for opening your home to us.

This property was well maintained and back onto a golf course and it is literally a couple of blocks from El Paseo. Lovely views from the master bedroom. Rooms were very comfortable, ensuite bathrooms in both the master and guest bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were great pluses, we used the hot tub alot, but the weather was a bit cool in March to enjoy the pool this year. Well equipped kitchen, a 5-star for me. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for sharing your home.

This is a lovely vacation home which still maintains many of the styles from the 1980's. We had no issues with the older appliances and fixtures and slept well on the comfortable master bed. It was a nice touch to have the paper products and toiletries. The landscaping crew and pool man do a great job. The grapefruit is so juicy from the tree on the side yard and the view from there is breath taking. It's a fun ride on the golf cart to the Shadow Mountain driving range and golf course. Robyn was great to deal with and we will be coming back.
