Fantastic home! Cozy, spacious, well appointed. Easy communication with host.

Wonderful property with lots of amenities. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit. Kitchen was fully stocked (spices, oils, condiments, etc.) which helped make cooking at home a breeze. Rooms were all cozy, comfortable, and clean. Host was very communicative and made the whole process easy. Thank you!

We enjoyed everything about the house: location, high end kitchenware, hot tub, pool table. The master bed was one of the most comfy I’ve ever slept on. A memorable stay!

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Not far from everything we wanted to do. The home is well stocked and had plenty of games and things for the kids to keep intertained. It is a beautiful home with great mountain vibes. My family had a blast. Karen, our host, was very kind, attentive, and helpful. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. Plenty of room and full of home comforts. The kitchen was well equipped making cooking easy. There is a big enclosed back yard which was ideal for our dogs to run around. Karen was a very attentive host and we enjoyed every minute in the Roth's beautiful house.

We were lucky to have two days of snow and then sunny days in a most beautiful setting. A lovely comfortable home that easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and one toddler.

We had an amazing time getting our family together to celebrate my father's 79th birthday! We got to relax, laugh, tell stories, EAT, play in the snow, gamble, go tubing, and master 1000 piece puzzles!!!

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our party of nine after a long day of skiing. Karen was so easy to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. Wonderful property. Living room area is great for large groups. Close proximity to Heavenly and Kirkwood.

The home is lovely. we enjoyed our 10 day stay, lot's fun things to do at the home and just a short drive to enjoy the wonders of the Tahoe basin. The kitchen needs a shade on the pop-out window, the sun shines brightly through this window for most of the day making it very hard to cook in the kitchen. Using the garage is inconvenient with out the clickers, driving out of the garage means you then get out go back in through the front door shut the garage doors and go back through the front door to your car, just an inconvenience that I have not experienced before anywhere. Everything is well labeled telling exactly low certain things work, what switches for lights, how to operate the top of the line washer and dryer, all very helpful. Even instructions for the ceiling fans, which I advise not using they have not been used in a very long time and if you do you will experience a dust storm from the paddles best to keep them off. These are all minor inconveniences with the Garage door issue being the worst especially when it's snowing. The home is in a tightly packed neighborhood of at least five hundred other homes in a suburb of South Lake Tahoe. You self check-in and out, so you never do meet your host.

Such a lovely home and wonderful open plan space for families!l Our group consisted of 5 adults, 2 Teenagers and a very well behaved Labrador retriever, all whom had an amazing time. The home itself was very comfortable and provided many quiet areas as well as the cool open upper family space for all to do their own thing, while being in same vicinity. The only “Even Better If” (EBI+) I would offer to the lovely owners is, please consider Wi-Fi Extenders to include the outside deck area with more coverage. I do realize that we are there to disconnect, though everyone has different needs and would be a positive upgrade. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!❤️

We have been to this beautiful home for the second year in a row. A week full of laughter sun and plenty of fun. The house is well stocked and has plenty games for young and old. It is definitely a Mountain Retreat. We will be returning next year for sure. Karen is a fantastic communicator and that is definitely appreciated. Don’t miss out or you’ll be sorry

We loved our stay ar the Roth Family Retreat! The house was beautiful and the location was great. It was fully stocked and the pool table and the hot tub were great perks. Karen and Ryann were very responsive. Highly recommend!

My Family (7 adults and 2 young children) had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Roth Mountain Retreat home. The home is wonderful. It is spacious and in a lovely location, being only 10-15 minutes from Lake Tahoe. The home is excellently equipped, even having items to support infants. We really enjoyed the big dining table allowing us to have family dinner all together at one table. The jacuzzi was enjoyed and required no set up.
