Our home is located in a quiet section of south Lake Havasu City within easy access of downtown and several launch points (Buckskin & Cattail Cove both to South and Windsor to North). Even during busy time periods, you're looking at 5-10 minutes to drive from the house to downtown.

Stayed Jun 26, 2019The house was better in person then what you can see from the pictures. It's stocked with everything you need. The carpet was really soft and the towels and sheets were also really soft. The pool was kept at a cool temp. so it was nice and refreshing. I highly recommend this house for a nice get away. The only thing that could be a problem for someone is that you have no garage access but that didn't bother us.

The house accommodated all of your needs. The pool was amazing. This house is a 11/10. I Would recommend this house to family and friends. Also to top it off it is in a perfect location!!!
