Stayed Jul 15, 2023Property was close enough to pool and beach that you could walk to or drive a few blocks to get closer. In a gated community to park close and walk short distance to beach/pool. Far enough from the beach to have quiet time without a partying folks making lots of noice or disturbance. Property management was quick to respond but had to wait a few days without wifi or TV. Apparently there was an outage in the area. Nice place to stay, dishes cleaned and ready for us to cook a meal. Nice area outside on both front and back to enjoy the outdoors. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023We love Maravilla. This house was almost perfect. We knew it was a walk to the beach beforehand and thought it would be manageable. We decided we definitely like being closer. Other than that this house was great. Clean, plenty of room and the garage was an extra bonus.

Stayed Sep 11, 2021The property is pretty but left unclean. The grill that was there and advised as part of the property was disgusting. The cover was stuck to all the grease that was left. There was old bottles of open liquor left in the dresser door, the floors were dirty. I understand that garbage was suppose to go out on Mondays and Thursdays, but whoever stood before us didn’t bother to take it out. We had four heavy bags and two very full garbage cans were left for us to take out. I contacted the property owners and I was told “ if garbage is not taken out the HOA will fine me”. So I have to pay for a cleaning charge but I had to clean up someone else’s garbage. Ridiculous. I think they should check on their cleaning people. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t clean.
