SoundFront-Private Pool- Boat Lift-Gulf and Bay Views-3BR Tequila Sunrise

It was overall a good experience. The management company was easy to communicate with and any concerns/questions we had were addressed. The house is as pictured. The only thing that was not correctly listed when we booked was how many beds were in the room with the bunk beds. It is 4 full/queen beds in one standard size room, so it is very tight in there if all beds are in use and not a lot of room for bags/luggage. The listing made it seem like that room was larger and that the bunk beds were twin size. The pool is also smaller than it looked in the pictures but it is heated/cooled so that was a very nice touch. Overall, we would stay here again or in another home with this management company.

Everything about Tequila Sunrise was just perfect

Beautiful home. Check in process very smooth. We had a problem with the boat lift but the management team was very helpful and responsive to assist. Only small complaint is that we noticed roaches in the kitchen area.

Very nice property. Really appreciated the use of the elevator for getting luggage, ice chest, etc. upstairs. I've rented several houses from Pensacola, Navarre, Destin areas and this is the most well stocked kitchen thus far. Anything you could possibly need is there. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with amazing views!

Nice view. Great air conditioning. Plenty of room. Pool stays dirty if it rains. Would not have this problem if they cut the trees down that hang over the pool. Dishwasher did not work. Management did nothing to fix these things even though alerted several times. Other than that, it was nice.

Location and facility. Did have one problem with the air conditioner, but management is amazing. Highly recommend.

This spacious, well maintained home was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor space in the back is larger than the pictures let on. The backwater is scenic and relaxing with lots of entertaining bird activity. The home itself is comfortable with quality furnishings and appliances. There are balconies on all floors and both sides, providing excellent views of the beach or backwater, to fit your taste/mood. I was concerned about the home being across the street from the beach, but with nothing else blocking the view it did not detract from the experience. I would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time! Beautiful house and we loved the bay side with the dock. It was wonderful kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay. We didn't expect to love it as much as we did! Anytime we contacted the property manager they were kind and responded promptly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property with beautiful scenery

The house was beautiful, the stay was great. There was a few things like internet went out on Friday evening and we had no internet or TV service for the rest of the stay, door knob broken and sliding glass door cracked, that we took pictures of but I’m sure the property owner were aware before our arrival, just FYI. Not sure if the house was just sprayed, but the 1st floor, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom was infected with big cocker roaches and baby roaches both dead and alive. We cleaned thoroughly to enjoy our stay. I think the house should have been checked again before we arrived. All other floors were okay. I do have before and after photo. All in all, we made the best of our stay and enjoyed.family. Thank you!

Great spot and house would definitely go back

Great house in the “old Florida” style. Very clean and well provisioned with toys, spices, basic cooking needs, and a large kitchen. Book it!

Perfect

Beautiful house on the bay with a view of the ocean. The Bay ended up being our favorite. The house was great. Lots of stairs but good for exercise after all the seafood.

One thing I was really happy about was having basic cooking items such a olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee grounds, coffee filters, some sugar etc. It is very annoying to show up with zero basics. It makes if feel more like a home than an empty house. We asked for more blankets from the rental co and they were very prompt in delivery extra. There are no board games but some puzzles. And the air conditioning was working properly and they fixed it right away. Tho the middle floor AC needs attention. Overall we loved this house!

Everything was perfect! Had a few issues but they sent someone over and took care of everything! The girls loved the kayaks, paddle boards, and pool and we loved the house and closeness and ease of getting back and forth to the beach! And best of all, it wasn’t crowded at all for it being mid-July!!! So happy with our stay! We’re sad it’s over!!!

We loved our time at Tequila Sunrise. Perfect location being on the bay and just right across the street from the ocean. Very close to food restaurants and activities for the kids.
