Sound-front beauty minutes from beach & pier with private washer&dryer & patio

You will not regret staying here! We had the most wonderful time, and we truly enjoyed both the pool and private dock. The house was clean, and was big enough for our family vacation! There was 9 of us total, and we did not feel like we were on top of each other constantly. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay here!

This great property was overshadowed by the lack of communication and management of the Vacasa management group. Weeks prior to our trip, I sent a request asking if there was a pack n play or high chair. I received a response that there wasn’t. We drove 12+ hours with 11 people. As anyone knows, every inch of cargo space is precious when you’re driving to a vacation destination- we wasted that packing space and left stuff behind bc this property does include both. After driving for so long, we arrived to find out that the keypad code that we were given to enter the property was incorrect. We called every single phone number we could find, including the “local phone number” and they all sent us to the same call queue. We were on hold for an unacceptable amount of time standing outside in the July heat getting eaten up by mosquitos. It took us a half hour to get into the home. I requested to speak with a manager and was told I would get a call back. The home had termites in every corner and all over the front door. When we took out the trash, the bag was covered in termites. There are two full baths and the one bath that three rooms share had a sink that kept getting backed up. The next day after check in I got a scheduled courtesy call asking if we had any issues with our check in. I again let them know of all of these issues and asked to speak with a manager. Again, I was told that I would get a call back from someone higher in management. I have yet to get a call

House was beautiful and spacious. Very clean and well equipped. Plenty to do and private with clean beaches. Beds are all hard and we all slept terribly, so don't get your hopes high for comfy beds. The passcode they gave us for check in was wrong and we had to deal with getting rhe correct one from Vacasa. The manager of the property messaged me about bears and we had a good talk. But when the air conditioning kept shutting off, it was very hit in the house and i messaged the manager. We went 3 days with no concern from her or the property at all. We had to sit in that hot house all week. I emailed Vacasa about it as well and still have not heard from them either. We stayed 6 nights. So it was a miserable week with all of us, especially the kids. Other than that issue, which is a big one, everything else was great with the home.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was beautiful and has its own private beach just steps away. We didn’t even need to leave for anything! The water in the sound was shallow and calm and perfect for our boys to play in. The fishing from the pier was great and we even saw a few stingrays swim underneath. The location was perfect and only a few minutes from the bridge to Navarre Beach! Can’t wait to go back!!

We went with two of our kids and their very young children. This was a great place for them because the shallow beach on the property was safe to swim and wade. The house itself was large enough for everyone. We had a great tjme!
