Great location, house very nice except for sand in all the beds when we first got in them, spiders all over the back decks, ants on the kitchen sink, dirty dishes in the cupboard, but would book the same house again

The ocean and sound are both viewable from the upstairs on two separate lanais. It was nice to have the bedrooms on a different level than the living room and kitchen. Very clean. You have to provide your linens, bath towels, and beach chairs which is challenging if you are flying.

Place could use a good cleaning. Found out 2 days prior to arriving that we needed to provide our own Linens. Instructions for trash were vague it's stated we should take our trash down to the bins and then take the bins out of the curb. Both bins were full which meant no one had enforce this from the last ten guests. not acceptable
