Very nice home with close proximity to the beach. We loved it there. It was the first time our kids had been to the beach and we will definitely return.

Great house. Great location. Small private beach Bay side. Would have liked the yard to be a little more kept, especially around the house, back steps and path to bay.

This property was simply amazing! The location was great - close to the west end beach and the little pond and bay access were a great little private getaway and kids could run to and from the house as needed. beautiful views from both front and back porches and plenty of seating to just sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Completely enjoyed our time and can’t wait to go back!

This was our first vacation as a family of five, and this home made it extremely easy for us. It was accurately represented in the pictures and description, and there were no surprises or hiccups during the planning or the trip. We had a few minor questions the week before the visit and the ownership group answered them quickly and fully. Our kids loved the house, the accessibility to the beach, and we loved the quiet and the ease of staying there. The only thing I'd recommend is a shower on the lower level for the sand. The hose connection down there works fine, but a shower is nice for kids who can't keep sand out of their hair. Before we left, we were already planning the next visit. Great, clean, comfortable home, and well represented on its VRBO page. Nice job, we'll see you again soon!

We have come to Dauphin Island every year since 2019. This house has been our favorite. Affordable, accommodating, and spacious. In the perfect spot on DI and was incredibly clean. Also, still had that new house smell. We will be back to this house!

We had a huge group stay for 5 nights and it was perfect! Such a beautfiul spot!! Beach is right across the street, and backyard is the bay! The only complaint I would have is that there weren’t enough towels for our stay. Definitely will be coming back!!

The house is very clean, spacious and the views of both the bay and the gulf are wonderful.

Love this house! We had 6 people and 2 dogs, and never felt like we were on top of each other. The views are incredible! The island is quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed. Internet/cell service was very spotty, but we knew about it before. Getting to the ocean side was easy and of course the bay was just out the back door. We will be back and hopefully at this same house.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in Dauphin Island! This house was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 6 children, and no one ever felt crowded. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped, as was the game room. The best part, however, was the location! For 6 small children, we could not have been more pleased with the easy access to the bay. We had our own little beach for the kids to set up and play for the day. It was also a fairly easy walk to the bay for my mother, who is handicapped. This was a wonderful trip for our family, and we will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Dauphin Island!

The 12 of us enjoyed our stay in this beautiful roomy beach home! We reached out with a few questions before we arrived, and received answers back promptly. We were impressed with the response to one of our questions - which was simply to see if there was an air fryer available for our use in the kitchen - they said there was not one, but that they would have one delivered for our use, and they did! We were able to make and eat our meals at the house, which was great! The kids loved the two old school video arcade systems and that there was a TV in each of the bedrooms. We loved being so close to the bay and the gulf - and that there was a deck with seating area on the front and back of the house to allow us to experience both! The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful! There was plenty of room for all of us to not feel overcrowded. We would 100% recommend this home to others, in fact before we left the house, the kids were asking if we could stay there again in the future (and they wanted to know WHEN?)! Thank you for helping us to make some great lifelong memories!!

This home is beautiful and spacious. We took our adult children and grandchildren with an extra 2 family members. Each person had their own space and we never felt crowded. The furnishings were perfect and the washer/dryer allowed us to pack light with our laundry pods! We cooked three meals a day and had all the items needed. There was a traditional coffee maker and a Kureig if desired. The view of the bay and the ocean was amazing and we had a short walk to each. The property owners were quick to answer when messaged! The two arcade games were great for our teenage grandchildren, although one was broken we notified the popery owners who were thankful for us bringing this to their attention. Directions for the home information and checkout were detailed and what you would expect from a VRBO. Our family loved this vacation and the memories we made. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will be back again!

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, beds and pillows were comfortable, everything we needed to cook. The bay side is less than a 5 minute walk from the back of the house! The beach right across the street. My family and friends had a great time!

The property was absolutely wonderful. We like to find places where we can slow down in life, and we found it here! The home was very well kept, clean and tidy. We enjoyed watching the kids play all day on the bay! We will be back soon!
