Bud is awesome ! Beautiful place and perfect location.

Had everything we needed for 8 adults (4 couples)! Really appreciated the fully-stocked stocked (appliances, spices, etc), and the massive new couch. We'll be staying here again, for sure!A small recommendation is to add newer AND more towels (bathing towels, not hot tub towels).

Really great accommodations for a large group.Well supplied in kitchen and baths. Excellent location close to shuttle and the town. Accessible host, very helpful.

This was the perfect place for our Christmas weekend! Budd was very helpful with giving recommendations about nearby things to do as well as the house was very comfortable and felt like home! We decided to bring food to have homemade meals and he had everything you could think of in the pantry as well as plates, silverware pots and pans! We are looking forward to coming back!

Bud was incredibly welcoming. The place was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more.

We have stayed here before and it has always been a pleasure staying there. Bud has always been a great host. The place is always immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need to cook. Look forward to returning next year.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is in a good location, and it was well kept. Even though we had a minor issue that came up, we were able to directly contact the owner about it, and he did everything that he could to help us with the problem. We can't wait to book this condo for our next Mammoth vacation

Very communicative on property & stay

We had a small group of friends staying together in Bud's condo. The accommodations let everyone have their own space while still being together.It's a nice spacious condo with a washer and dryer in the unit. Super handy feature.Lots of storage for skis and boards and gear.

This home overall was a great place to stay at! We had a total of 8 friends & everyone was accommodated for in terms of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms & common space areas. We enjoyed the extra linens/bedding, kitchen amenities (seasonings, zip lock bags, available board games/tv). It was a cozy space & great location - close to grocery store, mountain lifts, & within the complex, right across the way from the dumpsters & pool/hot tub. The host was nice to offer having the heater turned on in time for arrival & instructions for the stay were clear & manageable. In-unit laundry was very helpful to have & the downstairs has 2 bathrooms right next to each other. The upstairs bathroom had a separation with the toilet/shower from the double vanity sinks. All in all, great for a big group to stay & spend quality time together. Great host. Clean. Cozy.

The house is very well maintained despite its age. We had a very comfortable stay with five adults. Bud, the host, was very helpful, and the late check-out was very convenient.

We go up to Mammoth all the time with friends and family, this was everyone’s favorite place. Lots of space and amenities for the 8 of us. Very convenient to everything. Bud was a great host and very accommodating/attentive. We will definitely be back!

We had stayed here previously and our return visit was equally as nice. Great location and ease of working with the property manager were highlights. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen equipment. The place was clean and comfortable for our group of four. We’ll be back.

The property is older, but well maintained. Beds were comfortable & the room layouts were perfect for our family with 3 couples & 2 single adults. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The complex has no frills(the indoor pool & spa were in need a some maintenance ie spa heater was not working) but is in a great location to access anything you want to do in Mammoth and was very quiet. The owner had great communication! I would stay here again!
