Stayed Feb 17, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in an excellent neighborhood and is in a good location that we enjoy, centrally located between Punta Gorda and Ft. Myers. The home was clean and the pool was great. The property manager was very responsive to all of our communications. We hope to return again next year!

Stayed Feb 2, 2025Good property with nice pool and a great yard for dogs. Very quiet neighborhood. property needs much TLC. Missing window coverings on the back side and the sliding door cover louvers did not work properly (worn out). Pool cover screens in need of repair and the screen door was problematic due to improper installation of the closer (lock tab slid down the shaft and prevented proper closing). Missing downspouts on the gutters (no rain during my stay so I do not know if problematic). There was a fire extinguisher but it showed discharged and there was an empty holder for a monoxide detector or smoke detector that was missing the unit. Leaky toiled and kitchen sink drain. Agent informed of most of these things and said they would be taken care of.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Great communication with the host. Comfortable house and neighborhood. Excellent pool. Nice fenced in yard. And don’t worry when you reserve it and they send a message that says you aren’t allowed to turn the AC below 73 degrees. We like it cool and it was perfectly cool in the house!

Stayed Mar 30, 2024We loved the fun coastal decorations, with the aqua and pink highlights with lots of cute seashell and nautical touches. The pool was great, with the screened in porch keeping away any bugs & debris. We enjoyed eating our meals on the table outside as well. A wonderful vacation spot.

Stayed Feb 22, 2024We were blessed with warm weather the entire 10 days were we in Cape Coral. House is comfortable with a nice beach vibe. Pool was great! The neighborhood is good for walking. Host was super responsive and pleasant. We can’t wait to visit again.
