Nestled in an unbeatable spot on the narrowest strip of the southern peninsula, Sorrento Darling offers the perfect coastal escape. You will love the proximity of this home to everything and the ease of walking everywhere.

While the location is a dream, the home itself is just as inviting. Step inside to an open-plan living and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The well-equipped kitchen boasts ample counter space and features four bar stools, ideal for casual dining. The cosy living area comfortably seats six guests and includes a TV for relaxed evenings.

Adjacent to the living area are two well-sized, comfortable bedrooms, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

The standalone bathroom includes a shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.

The third bedroom is located outside the main house and is accessible from the backyard. As the largest of the three, it offers a private and spacious retreat.

Guests often find themselves unwinding in the expansive, grassed backyard—an ideal space for families or groups of friends to relax and reconnect.

One side of the home does not have a fence between it and the neighbour.

The house is located on a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is intended for relaxation-style holidaying, and loud parties are strictly prohibited.
