Sophisticated Minimalist Modern Home w/pool & spa

Marissa's home is beautiful and well kept. Really like the modern contemporary look. She was a pleasure to work with. Close to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend.

Host was absolutely great! Very easy to get in touch with, responded very quickly on everything. The only problem we had was this house is listed that you can host events and parties and that is very much not the case.

We absolutely loved getting to stay here! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived! The pool was wonderful! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home!

The house was clean and the pool itself was in good condition, but unfortunately, the space wasn’t equipped to comfortably accommodate the number of guests it advertises.Pool furniture was especially inadequate—only two patio chairs and one lounge chair, with a second lounge chair broken. Most of us had to sit on the concrete, which really took away from enjoying the outdoor area.The front yard lacked appeal. There was no yard or landscaping. It looked vacant. There were several missing essentials—no kitchen towels, no pool towels, no dishwasher soap, and very limited toilet paper. There was also no welcome or information book, which made it harder to navigate the stay. It took us most of the stay to find the garage door opener. The kitchen didn’t have enough plates and glasses for a group. The air conditioning only cooled to 75, which wasn’t very comfortable for five people during summer.With some attention to stocking basic supplies and upgrading outdoor seating, this home could offer a much better experience. It has potential, but it needs improvement to be truly guest-ready. I wouldn’t recommend this house unless some details are taken care of.

The Place Was Amazing & Clean. The Host Was Sweet & Awesome

The house was very nice and clean. Sadly, the pool and hot tub were full of leaves and dirt. We also never received instructions for getting into the house or directions, I had to message her. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper out for a 5 day stay for 8 people and when I contacted her she insinuated my family stole them. She did get us more, but I thought that was uncalled for. There are no instructions in the house for how things work or where things are located. The cooking pans need to be replaced, the closet door in one of the bedrooms is falling apart and there is not enough seating in the living areas. I felt like I had to contact her too many times and she was irritated with me. This property isn't cheap and part of that is because of the pool and hot tub and we were only able to use it one time. Overall, we were just disappointed!

Great place. It is close to lots of things to do. Outdoor pool area is very peaceful.

We rented the house for family for my daughter’s wedding weekend. It was perfect for us. The location was great and the city main area and kitchen perfect for our family and dog. The pool was a great way to relax after all of our activities. There were toys and games for the kids and high chair for the baby. The only area for improvement would be to have more toilet paper. There were only 2 back up rolls so we bought more.. The host was super reaponsive to all of our questions . My family from out of state lived their stay and the neighborhood.

The property was perfect for this. We were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. While the weather was not ideal for us to use the pool since it rained all weekend, we were able to sit out bsck for a bit and enjoy some drinks.

This house is super cute and was very clean and organized when we walked in. The host was super communicative and we had a great time. Nice location and close to a lot of fun restaurants and other things!

Family of 6 in town for wedding. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or request we had throughout or stay. Plenty of space for us to stay comfortably and to host family gatherings. Plenty to do and places to eat within miles of location.
